What happens next?

Already received your renewal documentation from Therapist Insurance?

• If your Professional Liability insurance policy is due for renewal within the next month and you have already been sent your renewal invite from Therapist Insurance, please follow the renewals process on your documentation.

Professional Liability Insurance policy due for renewal later in the year?

• If your Professional Liability renewal is due later in the year, you do not need to do anything. We will write to you again when your insurance policy is due for renewal and provide details of how you will be able to renew your policy, simply and easily via the Balens online renewal portal. Once renewed, you will receive your insurance documentation straight away.

Need to access your documents?

• Your account details via the Therapist Insurance website will be available for the next month, but will be redirected to Balens from April, where all of your archive insurance documentation will be available and can be sent to you at any time.
